When you merge PDF files, compress images, calculate annual FBR income tax, or generate UUIDs, the raw data never traverses the internet. Even if your network connection disconnects midway, your calculations continue to function locally on your device.

Like all standard web servers and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical request metadata. This includes standard web logs such as your browser user-agent, referring page URL, timestamp, and anonymous IP address.

This metadata is strictly used for infrastructure security (mitigating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, detecting malicious abuse, and measuring broad demographic traffic). This technical logging is never linked to personal identities or your computational inputs.

KitVela does not use tracking cookies to track your personal identity across the internet. We utilize your browser's local storage (localStorage) exclusively for two functional utilities:

• User Interface Theme: Storing your preferred light mode or dark mode aesthetic setting.
• Foreign Exchange & Bullion Cache: Temporarily caching live currency exchange rates and gold prices for up to 6 hours to reduce redundant network lookups and speed up your experience.

To keep all tools 100% free for users worldwide without charging subscriptions, we may display unobtrusive third-party display advertisements. These advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) may deploy standard web cookies to deliver relevant ads based on prior browsing history.

Because our platform does not store personal customer records, email databases, or uploaded files, our zero-knowledge architecture inherently fulfills the core privacy tenets of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

You retain full sovereign control over your data. Closing your browser tab or clearing your browser cache instantly wipes all local in-memory session states.
